Top Home Designer provides professional renovation and installation services including but not limited to:

- Wall cladding (artstone, brick, mazerous)
- Kitchen and bathroom renovation
- Marble and granite work
- Gypsum ceiling installation
- Painting services
- Custom cabinet installation
- Complete home renovation
- Consultation services
3. Consultation Services
Our consultation services include site assessment, design planning, material recommendations, and project cost analysis. The consultation fee is KSH 7,000 and covers a comprehensive evaluation of your project needs.
4. Project Agreements
4.1 Contract Formation
All projects require a written agreement that includes scope of work, timeline, payment terms, and materials specifications. Verbal agreements are not binding.
4.2 Payment Terms
- 50% deposit required to commence work
- Progress payments as work milestones are completed
- Final payment due upon project completion and client approval
- Late payments may incur additional charges
4.3 Project Timeline
Project timelines are estimates based on standard conditions. Delays due to unforeseen circumstances, material availability, or client changes may extend the timeline.
5. Materials and Quality
5.1 Material Selection
Clients are responsible for material selection and approval. We provide professional recommendations but final choices remain with the client.
5.2 Quality Standards
All work is performed to professional standards using appropriate materials and techniques. We guarantee our workmanship for 12 months from completion.
5.3 Material Warranties
Material warranties are provided by manufacturers and are separate from our workmanship guarantee. We will assist in warranty claims but are not responsible for manufacturer warranties.
6. Client Responsibilities
- Provide clear access to work areas
- Ensure utilities are available as needed
- Protect furniture and belongings during work
- Approve design decisions in a timely manner
- Make payments according to agreed schedule
7. Changes and Modifications
Any changes to the original scope of work must be documented and may result in additional costs and timeline extensions. Changes requested after work has begun may incur change order fees.
8. Cancellation and Termination
8.1 Client Cancellation
Clients may cancel projects with written notice. Cancellation fees apply based on work completed and materials procured.
8.2 Contractor Termination
We reserve the right to terminate services if payments are not received, if unsafe working conditions exist, or if client behavior interferes with project completion.
9. Liability and Insurance
We maintain appropriate insurance coverage for our work. Clients are advised to insure their property against damage. Our liability is limited to the value of work performed and does not include consequential damages.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will be resolved through negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled through mediation or legal channels in Nairobi, Kenya.
11. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy and protect personal information. Contact details are used only for project communication and are not shared with third parties without permission.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any legal proceedings will take place in Nairobi courts.
